The present invention relates to an attachment-shooting device, in particular a grenade launcher, for mounting on the barrel of a firearm.
Known implements of this type are either pushed over the barrel or mounted on Picatinny rails of the barrel and fixed with clamping screws. In both cases, there is a risk of accidental firing during handling during assembly and disassembly. The invention has set itself the goal of creating a growing shot device with increased security.
This object is achieved with an attachment-shooting device of the aforementioned type, which is characterized according to the invention by a fixed to the firearm anchoring part and a releasably connectable to this via a coupling carrier part in which a launching tube relative to a shutter open and is closable, wherein in the closed position of launching tube and closure, the clutch is locked and in the open position is releasable.
The attachment-shooting device of the invention can be mounted and disassembled only in the open state, so that an unintentional firing during this handling is impossible. In principle, both the closure in relation to the launching tube in the carrier part could be movably mounted in the attachment-shooting device of the invention, as well as the launching tube opposite the closure, or both could be moved relative to one another. Preferably, the closure in the carrier part is stationary and the launching tube relative to this movable. In this case, the launching tube, as known per se, can be mounted both linearly displaceable and swingable relative to the fixed closure in the carrier part. Preferably, the cultivation-shot device of the invention of the latter type and the launching tube locks when swinging the clutch. Due to the swung-out launch tube, the user can get a particularly good insight into the state of charge of the launching tube.
The respective movable part of the parts launching tube and closure can lock the coupling directly, for example by using his own approach, a nose, a locking pin or the like. engages in the clutch. According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the coupling is verrie-gelbar by a separate, movably mounted in the carrier locking member which is blocked in said closed position of at least one of the parts launching tube and closure. As a result, the clutch still remains closed when the attachment is opened, and only the leaf 3V3e ** de ^ · Sperriglieds is repealed, so that the coupling is releasable by subsequent unlocking of the locking member. This increases the security when handling even further. In the case of a swing-launch tube can be blocked in this way, the locking member directly through the pivoting launcher.
Preferably, the coupling is a push-in coupling, the sliding direction extends in the direction of rotation, which allows easy and safe assembly and disassembly. In conjunction with a swing-out launcher this results in a particularly safe and obvious operation, because thus the locking and unlocking of the coupling takes place by pivoting in and out of the launching tube transversely to the direction, whereas the release of the clutch is performed by pushing in the running direction.
The attached shooting device of the invention is suitable for all types of launching mechanics and ammunition known in the art. It is preferably a single-shot grenade launcher, in particular a so-called underflow grenade launcher, which is mounted under the foreleg of an assault rifle.
The invention will be explained in more detail with reference to an embodiment shown in the accompanying drawings. In the drawings shows:
Figure 1 shows the attachment-shooting apparatus of the invention mounted on a firearm and in the closed state in a side view. 4
FIG. 2 is a plan view of the carrier part of the FIG. 1 dismantled and opened state; FIG.
3 shows the anchoring part of the attachment-shooting apparatus of Figure 1 in a plan view ..; and
Fig. 4 shows a detail of the carrier part of the attachment-shooting device of Fig. 1 in a fragmentary enlarged side view.
1 to 3 is mounted on a barrel 1 of an otherwise not shown firearm, such as an assault rifle, an attachment-shooting device 2 for large-caliber ammunition, such as 40mm grenades mounted. The cultivation-shotgun 2 is constructed in two parts, with a first on the barrel 1 permanently mountable anchoring part 3 (Fig. 3) and a second releasably detachable detachable support member (Fig. 2 and 4).
The anchoring part 3 is in the example shown, a two-part sleeve whose two parts 5, 6 engage around the barrel 1 and are stretched by means of screws 7 to each other to clamp the barrel 1. Also, a one-piece sleeve which is fixable by means of clamping screws on the barrel 1 is possible. Furthermore, the anchoring part 3 could also be an adapter for a pica-tinny rail and be clamped and / or screwed to this.
The carrier part 4 carries a closure 8 for a launching tube 9 which is mounted at its mouth-side end 10 so as to be swingable about an axis 11 running transversely to the barrel 1 (FIG. 2) on the carrier part 4. Attached to the closure 8 is a housing 5 having a knock-off and draw-off function 12. The knock-off device 12, when fired for firing, strikes an ammunition inserted into a cartridge chamber 14 of the launch tube 9 with an internal firing pin (not shown) to fire it, as known in the art. The barrel 1 may be further equipped with an additional handle 13 to facilitate the operation of the tee and trigger device 12. Alternatively, the handle 13 may also be assembled with the housing of the tee and deduction device 12.
For loading, unloading or reloading the attachment-shooting device 2, the launching tube 9 is pivoted from the closed position shown in FIG. 1 in the open position shown in FIG. In the closed position of Fig. 1, the pivoting movement of the launching tube 9 is locked by means of a locking bolt 15 which is mounted on the launching tube 9 (or on the closure 8) and engages in a correspondingly complementary recess 151 on the other part. The locking bolt 15 may e.g. with the aid of an outwardly facing slide button 15 " be engaged and disengaged.
Anchoring part 3 and support part 4 are detachably connected to each other via a coupling 16. The coupling 16 may be of any type, e.g. a bayonet coupling, a threaded coupling or the like. In the example shown, the coupling 16 is a push-in coupling, which L-shaped grooves 17 on the carrier - on the one hand - and part 1 - on the anchoring part 3 on the other hand.
The push-in coupling 16 is closed by first the locking lugs 18 inserted into the first portion of the L-shaped grooves 17 transversely to the direction 1 and then pushed into the second part of the L-shaped grooves 17 in the direction 1. As shown, the grooves 17 are open against the weft direction, so that the hook parts 19 left by the grooves 17 on the carrier body 4 engage in the firing of the detents 18 in order to absorb the recoil.
The push-in coupling 16 is locked by means of a locking member to prevent inadvertent opening during operation. In the example shown, the locking member is a transversely to the direction in the carrier body 4 movably mounted locking pin 20 which is locked in its locking position behind one of the locking lugs 18 to prevent their escape from the groove 17. The locking pin 20 may be acted upon in the locking direction with a compression spring 21 and actuated by a leaking from the support member 4 slide button 22.
As shown in detail in FIGS. 2 and 4, the detent pin 20 further has a projection 23 directed towards the interior of the closure 8, which in the unlocked (depressed) position of the detent pin 20 moves into the path of movement of the
Launching tube 9 protrudes on its Einschwenkweg to the closure 8 7. As a result, the stopper can be actuated and released from the locking lug 18 when the launching tube 9 is not swiveled in, ie. the shutter is open. With other words, the pivoting of the launching tube 9 and thus closing the shutter blocks the movement of the locking bolt 20 and thus the release of the clutch 16. The support member 4 can therefore only in the pivoted or open position (FIG. 2) on the anchoring part 3 and so that the barrel 1 mounted and dismantled from this.
Instead of a linearly displaceable locking bolt 20, any other form of locking member could be used, e.g. a pawl, a lever, an eccentric or the like.
Instead of a locking member such as the locking pin 20, the launching tube 9 could also directly lock the clutch 16, for example, by a projecting at the rear end of the launching tube 9 approach, which comes to rest directly behind one of the locking lugs 18 during pivoting. It is also possible in cultivation-shot devices 2, in which the shutter 8 is movable and the launching tube 9 is mounted fixedly in the carrier part 4, the locking and unlocking of the clutch 16 by a part of the moving shutter 8 to accomplish. Finally, it is also possible that in the case of another embodiment of the coupling 16 as a push-in coupling one (or both) of the parts closure 8 and 9 shotgun during the closing movement - be it directly or via a locking member 20 - a correspondingly different part of the clutch 16 locked : So - 8 - - 8 -
For example, if the coupling could be 16 pounds of a bayonet coupling in which the support member 4 is mounted on the anchoring member 3 in a 90 "rotation, the launching tube could be linearly displaceable in the direction of travel and closed during travel engage a nose in a guide of the anchoring part 3 to lock the rotational movement of the coupling 16; or the launch tube 9 is e.g. a dump that locks the clutch 16 when tipping (closing).
The invention is not limited to the illustrated embodiments, but includes all variants and modifications that fall within the scope of the appended claims.
